The Windshield Tour ( Toby Gail Stone’s Tour )

We’ve left this tour as one of our choices because it’s such a great way to begin a trip to Paris, although we are sad to say it’s originator lost her battle with cancer a short while ago, and we are sorry you won’t be able to experience her delightful exuberance yourself. That being said, she taught us a thing or two before she left us, and this two to four hour tour gives you an overview from inside a luxury vehicle, with or without a guide. Paris is one of those places where once you get an idea of the lay of the land, a bird’s eye (or, in our case, windshield) view can help you organize your mind, not to mention is a visual feast, where you can pull over for emergency coffee or wine at any point. It is a great way to kick off arriving in Paris; even though you’ve been on a plane, The desire to get cracking can drain you in the beginning. Available for up to six people ( for this we will use a Mercedes VIANO) with a guide in one vehicle before we have to put you on a bus, which we can also do, but moves at a slower pace, and is a whole different thing. 10% of the cost of this tour goes to the Cancer Charity if your choice, and we offer a three hour tour for the price of two to any group of people celebrating a Cancer Survivor. Oh – and we will throw in some champagne, too.
